General Information

Blackmores Fish Oil capsules taken as a nutritional supplement, are a natural source of the marine lipids omega-3 marine triglycerides, extracted from cold water fish. They provide an anti-inflammatory action within the body which may be beneficial for the relief of inflammatory disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis.

Fish Oil contains the omega-3 triglycerides EPA and DHA, and can be taken as a dietary supplement. The omega-3 triglycerides have an anti-inflammatory activity in the body, and are indicated to relieve symptoms of psoriasis and eczema and to temporarily reduce the pain of arthritis and rheumatism.

Ingredients

Active ingredients per capsule: Fish oil (Natural) 1g (1000mg), containing omega-3 marine triglycerides 300mg as: Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 180mg; Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 120mg;

Directions

Adults: Take one capsule three times a day with meals, or as professionally prescribed. 

Children under 12 years: As professionally prescribed.
