Mashetoh Abd Mutalib, Hishamudin Isam and Zamimah Osman are Senior Lecturers in the Malay Language, Arts and Culture Unit, Department of Language Studies, School of Languages, Civilization and Philosophy, Universiti Utara Malaysia. The three actively wrote proceedings, chapter articles in books, journal articles, and books in their respective areas of expertise, namely semantics and pragmatics, sociolinguistics, publications and Malay culture.
