Panadol Extend provides relief of muscle & joint pain such as backache, osteoarthritis, muscular aches & pains and rheumatic pain. It is also for the relief of fever and the treatment of mild to moderate pain including headache, migraine, period pain, toothache, discomfort from colds & flu and sore throat. Panadol Extend provides relief from persistent pain for up to 8 hours. 
Direction for Use    Adults and children over 12 years. Two caplets swallowed whole 3 times a day, every 6 to 8 hours. The caplets must not be chewed. Do not take more than 6 caplets every 24 hours. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

Panadol Soluble is used to relieve headache, fever, pain and discomfort due to cold and flu, and pain following dental procedures.
Direction for Use    1-2 tablets dissolved in half glass of warm water, every 4-6 hours as required (not more than 8 tablets in a day unless prescribed by doctor). Children between 7-12 years: 1 tablet dissolved in half glass of warm water, every 4-6 hours as required (not more than 4 tablets in a day unless prescribed by doctor).

Panadol Menstrual provides fast and effective relief of menstrual cramps and discomforts. It contains Paracetamol which has pain relieving and fever reducing properties, and Pamabrom which acts a diuretic by increasing renal blood flow and glomerular filtration rate, thus promoting dieresis. Pamabrom also helps to relieve water retention symptoms of pre-menstrual and menstrual periods.

Panadol Chewable Tablets for Children provides effective relief of fever and pain for children aged 2 to 12 years and is gentle on the stomach. The tablets, in cherry flavour, can be chewed or dissolved in water or fruit juice. How to use
- Chewable tablets do not require water, and will dissolve in your mouth. They may be chewed, or dissolved in water or fruit juice. Read label for recommended dosage

Uphamol 650 contains acetaminophen which is a known effective analgesic and antipyretic.
