Each softgel contains 500mg of Fish Oil which contains 18% (90mg) Eicosapentanoic Acid (EPA), 12% (60mg) Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA). Other ingredients: Halal bovine gelatin, glycerine and Purified Water.

Direction of use:
2-4 softgels daily to be taken preferably after meals or as directed by physician.
