Use twice a day. Squeeze sufficient amount onto your palm. Lather with water and massage onto face, using gentle circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Recommended to use daily.

sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear sun protective clothing, and limit sun exposure

while using this product and for a week afterwards.
