1) How to use magnetic auto-align feature?
⚡Use directly with iP Magnetic cases or iP 12/13/14/newer models. Or add on & attach Orbit Pad to any non-magnetic phone case.

2) Why can't I use Orbit Wall Mount with Metal Ring?
⚡ Since Orbit Wall Mount is designed with minimal thickness, it couldn't form a reliable connection with Metal Ring. However, it will work perfectly with iP's magnetic cases and Orbit Pad.
