Drama Purbawara: The fall of Kota Indera Kayangan is a drama script adapted from the novel Purbawara The Fall of Kota Indera Kayangan published in 1975. This book tells the story of a Bugis warlord who wanted to attack Kota Indera Kayangan when Sultan Dhaiauddin was ill.
The purpose of the Bugis attack was not only to capture the city but also to seize the Solar Princess, a Bugis descendant who was also the adopted child of Sultan Dhaiauddin. This war continued until the Black Commander managed to save Puteri Suria and return to Kota Indera Kayangan.
