Precautions:

• If you experience any serious burning sensations, sensitivity lasts for more than 48 hours, stop use and consult your dentist.

• Molding and trimming the custom trays to your teeth is the most important step. This gel will only work with very nicely molded trays. Badly shaped trays may burn the gums. As a result, the gel will not bleach your teeth and your gums will ache.
• If you burn your gums, the burning sensation will usually disappear in 24 to 48 hours.

Instruction For Molding The Trays:

1. Prepare a cup of hot water (the temperature is about 70c to 80c).
2. Immerse one of the trays in the hot water for 10 to 12 seconds, or until the tray seems to soften. Make sure you do not overload the trays. Be careful that the mouth trays cannot remain in hot water too long, otherwise they can be severely deformed and cannot be used.
3. Place the mouth tray in the mouth, covering the upper teeth.
4. Close your mouth and suck all the air and water to create suction between the mouth tray and the teeth
5. With your fingers, gently form the tray around the teeth by pressing your lip against the teeth.
6. Wait 10 to 15 seconds and then remove the tray mouth from your mouth.
7. Immerse the mouth tray completely in a cup of water for 10 seconds, to help you maintain the shape of your teeth.
8. Repeat process for the lower mouth tray.
9. After the molding process, you may use a scissors to trim excess plastic from the open end of the trays.

How To Use:

1. Place a small drop of gel on each tooth impression on the upper and lower mouth trays.
2. Place the mouth trays into your mouth and adjust so that your teeth are properly covered and fitted by their corresponding teeth impression
3. Put gentle pressure on the mouth trays by pushing on your lips to ensure a tight fit
4. Turn on the LED light and hold close to your teeth for the duration of the whitening treatment
5. Wear the mouth trays for approximately 20-45 minutes.
6. After use, remove mouth trays and rinse in lukewarm water and store in the case provided
