How to make a Return

To ensure that our customers gets the full online-shopping experience, ROMMAN has provided with its best return policy with:

  • Up to 7 calendars days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered
  • Enjoy Easy and Free Returns: You can return any product you have bought, and we will take care of the return shipping costs.
  • Full Refunds: If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied (1 to 1 Return)
  • Authenticity Guarantee If your purchase is found to be counterfeit, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees paid. (1 to 1 Return)

How does Return Works?

1 - Initiate A Return: return via My Orders page.
2 - Schedule Pick-up: A pick-up will be scheduled by one of our courier partners.
3 - Return The Item: Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Hand over the package to the courier representative.
4 - efund Processed: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.
 

How can you Return item(s)?

  1. Login to your account in www.eRomman.com
  2. Go to your account and click "My Orders"
  3. You will prompt to your Orders list. Only item(s) with a "RETURN ITEMS" button is allowed for return request.
  4. Please contact our customer service for assistance if you do not have account with Romman.

What is the Romman Returns Policy?

All items sold on Romman are covered under the Romman Buyer Protection (RBP).

Romman Buyer Protection extends up to 7 calendar days, where money-back is guaranteed.

Depending on the applied Return policy, you may return your item to us within 7 calendar days. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp date on the return parcel.

Requirements for a valid return:

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
  • Bank details in Shipping Label
  • Include printed Shipping Label and Romman Invoice in each return package box
  • Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met and it has to be packed to its same condition as received
  • In the event that you have received damaged products, you must contact Romman within 48 hours to expedite the claim process
