The Mi Smart Band 6 features a 1.56-inch full-screen touch display, and comes with 30 workout modes (two times more than its predecessors). It includes indoor training (like stretching and HIIT, or high-intensity interval training), sports like gymnastics, and activities like Zumba and street dancing, Xiaomi said.

It also auto-detects and kickstarts six fitness activities, which are outdoor running, walking, treadmill running, indoor rowing, elliptical training and cycling.

The fitness tracker has health monitoring features including SpO2 measurement, heart rate monitoring, using a built-in photoplethysmography (PPG) sensor, for accurate 24/7 monitoring including idle alerts, and an enhanced sleep tracking function that claimed to monitor naps, sleep cycles (including REM and sleep breathing quality). It also has stress monitoring and female health tracking functionalities.

The Mi Smart Band 6 is powered by a 125mAh battery. Xiaomi claims that it has 14 days of battery life, and charges via a magnetic port for clip-on and clip-off charging. The device is certified to 5 ATM water resistance, so you can swim, shower and snorkel with it.
